Clubs & Activities

This club meets during our noon-hour and is open to fourth grade students.  Mrs. Nicole Denz is the club sponsor for this activity.

Students practice with either their primary or intermediate band members to practice pieces of music together. Students in fifth and sixth grade are able to join. There are morning practices as well as sectional practices during the school day.  The band hosts two concerts during the school year. If interested, please contact David Wilke, our band teacher at Whiteley.

Chorus is open to students in Grades 5 and meet before school. The date and time for the 24-25 is to be determined. Students work together to practice different styles of music. If interested, please contact Ms. Mattie Hammer.

Students practice with their primary orchestra members to learn pieces of music together. Students in fifth grade can join. There are morning practices and sectional practices during the school day. The orchestra hosts one concert during the school year. If interested, please contact Julie Quitschau, our orchestra teacher at Whiteley.

Running club is an opportunity for our fifth grade students to participate in an after-school athletic activity. This club begins in the spring and concludes its season with a race. Mrs. Kristin Rhyan is our club sponsor, and many staff members join in during our after-school practices.

This club is open to fifth grade students and is responsible for recording our daily student announcements. Students are expected to be present for recording several mornings per week starting at 7:45 AM.  Ms. Emily Happel is the sponsor for this club.

This club is for fifth grade students. To join, students need to fill out an application and be selected by a group of teachers. The club is in charge of activities related to P.B.I.S., community events, charity opportunities, our school store, and school special events. Mr. Andy Tieman is the sponsor of this club.
